Do they typically give you a refurbished one to replace it?
Bought a new RAZR v3 just a little over a month ago from Cingular and it died tonight. It won't charge or anything. We're going there when they open in the morning but I'm wondering if we'll be shit out of luck?
Never had this happen so quickly before
