    When using the < tag > < base target="_blank" >

    If I still want some links to open in the same window what do I put?

    Got mainstream or adult blogs?

    you put target="_self" or target="_top" inside the href tag
    ..and I'm off.

      Are you talking about in a < a href > tag. If so if you want to open the link in the same window just leave out the target param.

        It says "base target", therefor he needs to ADD target="_top" to the a href tag....
        ..and I'm off.
