A normal writeable cd. It has some important stuff on it. The date part is scratched and the silver side actually lost some of its silver. Im not sure if thats there for any purpose but if it is can i fix this?
Anything i can do about an unreadable disk?

Not kidding. A clerk at the grocery store applied toothpaste to my ATM card after the plastic bag trick didn't work. It worked. I tried it on a few CD's that I couldn't read anymore and it worked. I did try it on a DVD from Blockbuster and it didn't work...so who knows but as a last resort I would try it.Originally posted by fuzzylogicno kidding?

Simple if your credit card or ATM card has scratches on it, one puts in a plastic bag and swipes it...may work or not and could shut the whole store down to accept ccs so that is why I said trick.Originally posted by ChupachupsNow tell about the plastic bag trick, because I dont know about that either
