how much would a design like dress-for-less.com cost?

I did this design for around $400, but that's just a photoshop PSD, no cutting up into html or anything. I supposed I'd up the price to around $800-$1000 for the html + other page designs. although i never messed with oscommerce so i wouldn't touch that.

Maybe you can help me out with a design, Not sure what i need yet (need to think about it) but something simular to dress for less, do you know a coder aswell?
