Cutting the funding to Israel won't do SHIT to curb the middle east's unquenchable bloodlust. We are talking about people who cut off hands to try to curb stealing, people who punish rape victims by stoning them to death. Will cutting funding to Israel make them stop stoning rape victims to death? Will cutting funding to Israel make muslim countries stop female circumcision? Will cutting funding to Israel make the barbaric religion of Islam any saner?
While I'm no fan of giving aide to Israel, cutting said aide would do nothing in stemming the violence that oozes out of muslim countries. And as it stands now, I?d much rather muslims be a little more pissed off at the jews than the USA. If we stopped giving Israel aide, and Israel was to crumble, who do you think they are going to turn their attention to then?
