sure, they have scripts to check if the page changes but part of the content of that page might be generated by an out sourced JavaScrip file as: banners.js that stays the same but can be set to show different banners after 3 months of approval.
a link list with hundreds of links to sites with cp content can get you in trouble - that's what I think.

Do you really think a little blurb at the bottom of your site would hold up in court?
In my opinion nothing will happen to you, even if you are investigated (which is very unlikely) it's not like you saw the content up and said oh what the hell and kept sending traffic, you did what you had to do and reported it.
