excuse my ignorance, but what are serps?

all i know is that he is using me in the url and meta tags and is sending mainly to deluxe pass.

search engine results page, does he have any good spots? if not its not really anything to worry about. theres not really a whole lot you can do though. you could mabye email him and see if he wants to promote you, guys like that are idiots. i mean if someone is searching for your sites they're more likely to sign up for your site than some lame avs sites.

i think you should be more worried about this guy using "facial abuse" and "facialabuse" for his adwords campaign:

i would be flattered. I dont think the guy intentionally set out to take your keywords, it just happens your serach term is a popular one, so he built pages based on popular search terms.. most likely automated. I would just ask the guy to signup because he is wasting traffic sending it away.

Is the search term "facialabuse" ? or "facial abuse " ? because those seem pretty broad terms to want to gain control over..
