Fact is there are lots of different greenhouse gasses, CO2 being only one of them. Methane for example is a greenhouse gas 23 times more potent than CO2. The methane gas contained in and released by the siberian tundra/permafrost has a lot bigger effect on the weather/climate than CO2 released by humans will ever have.
