    Quicktime 7 High-Definition Video Feeds - YOU WON'T BELIEVE THE QUALITY

    If you already have Quicktime 7 installed (it came out late last week for PC) go here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/guide/hd/
    Then go to the link up top and watch some of the HD samples.

    If you don't - go install it here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
    If you try to watch the HD videos without the newest version of Quicktime.. you will only get the audio.. no picture.

                              I can field this one , the QT codec is superior. Until seeing the qt hd , everything I saw before was in wmvhd and it was like so what. The qt is amazing but on the other hand I think with half the people out there on dialup or on old dog shit computer that really cant handle these type of files. Its still too new.

                                                  If you're savvy enough, you can use Flash to deliver QTHD.. as well as Real and WMV. So there's really no worry about not enough people having whatever player installed - just about everyone has Flash.

                                                  And as for the guy talking about having to reformat after installing Quicktime or Real.. clearly, you are a fool.

                                                              I wish microsoft would up the quality of the wmv codec

                                                                  I'm sure after seeing what QT is doing.. Microsoft will up the quality of their HD codec. It's not like MS has ever been shy about basing their entire operating system on Apples.. why stop with a little codec?

                                                                                      I have started using flash to deliver video and it is great..
                                                                                      has totally cut out 99% of video related customer support/complaints
