      I have a mild case of it...it's been giving me hell on and off since march last year. Although I sometimes get it on the left side, apparently I am one of the rarer ones who gets it on the right, just around the appendix area.
      When it's playing up, it hurts like hell. The only foodsI can see that aggravate it are extremely fatty foods, and the only relief I get from it is Ibuprofen & Buscopan.

              Essentially, your lower intestine develops small pockets in which matter passing through your system gets caught. It can then either become inflamed or infected.
              In sever cases, they just cut the affected part of the bowel out...not pleasant.

                  you need more fiber brother thats what the whole thing stems from.

                  mine was brought on by fucking cashew nuts - like way too many.

                  usually seeds and nuts are the culprits in most cases but as calico jack pointed out, there are pockets in the colon so whatever gets caught and doesnt get through infects and inflames the area.
