PSP because not only can you play games and watch movies, but you can listen to music on it. And it has a web browser.

You have to buy movies. It uses a different kind of disc. Hell a DVD disc is bigger than a PSP.

I love my iPods. I can't live with out 'em. Even putting my old one to use even though I just got a new one.

The PSP is a great little toy, but the games aren't there yet. There's a great PSP Hack scene, so I'm having fun with all the old NES and SNES games on my PSP.

thats pretty shitty... does it have a harddisc? who would buy movies just to watch it on the psp?

65% of all the titles to be released for the PSP over the next 6 months are movies on UMD format...not games.

I'm a bit bummed by that statistic.

Nintendogs will hold me over until something good for PSP comes along.

Movie are just a bonus. A PSP is like a Gameboy but better. You buy it for playing games. Can you watch movies or listen to music or get on the internet with a Gameboy?

What do you mean by harddisc? Do you mean memory stick? It comes with 32 MB, but you can get memory sticks up to 1 GB for the PSP.

Get the PSP... surf the net, use it as a photo/book viewer, watch downloaded movies, listen to downloaded music, and once the cracks come out... play downloaded games. Once the tv tuner comes out, watch tv... etc etc.

Well, I thought it would be more split because I've seen nearly an equal amount of praise and criticism for each, perhaps even slightly more criticism for the PSP. Since I've seen nor tried either, I thought I would ask some people who might have some experience with one or the other... or both.

So, wtf is stupid about making a poll to get some insight from people who may be able to steer me in the right direction. You say "no offense," however by saying something I'm doing is "stupid," I do take offense, to some degree... however, since you are someone of no significance to me, I think I'll get over fairly quickly.
