LOL I would think that a webmaster would have their own server to upload it to and fucking post it from there. But a real webmaster would know that. Go away Course even an experienced surfer would know about free hosts to upload it to. Mommy's computer??

You have it in the folder "My Pics". That's the problem. You need to create a folder called "Your Pics". Once you do that, copy the picture into that new folder. Then you'll see a "Attach Pictures" button when you create a new message. Click that button, then select the pic from the "Your Pics" folder, and the bulletin board will upload it into the message.
