6:00am - wake up cranky
6:30am - push ups, sit ups, run... basically an army work out without cadence
7:30am - shower / breakfast / newspaper / tv / wife time
9:00am - work
12:30pm - lunch / wife time
1:30pm - back to work
6:30pm - light up some "herbal essence", chill with my wife, go back and forth from the tv to my lap top checking stats, emails, and posting on boards
I go to sleep whenever...
