                                                          Depends on the buyer ricks ... but for many buyers, I certainly agree and thus the content is available to the buyer only at relatively nominal cost - willing to negotiate that point with a serious buyer... so far I only see one bid...

                                                          Reserve is much higher than the current bid of $125K ... the domain package is worth much more than that.

                                                                  It's been an interesting experience to say the least - seems bizarre to me that I've sold numerous other domains with a fraction of the traffic and less revenue for more ...

                                                                  Appears it's a situation where in which the timing just wasn't right to sell the CANNABIS.COM package...

                                                                  With that said, I'm open to offers as always... and to clear up some uncertainty which may have dissuaded some buyers - YES, much of the content on the domain, including the main pages, message board, gallery, etc included (to be priced separately for legal purposes in any agreement of sale; content is owned by my other company) for buyer seeking to continue CANNABIS.COM as is to start with.

                                                                                          Most folks who are knowledgeable in the domain name business believe CANNABIS.COM is a high 6-figure package at minimum, with 7-figures being reasonable for what a buyer would get.

                                                                                          Biggest stumbling block to selling a package like CANNABIS.COM is that most folks buying domains simply don't have budgets that large; have received several informal decent 6-figure offers as high as $500K USD - above that price level, the ranks of buyers thins out dramatically ...

                                                                                          As many folks have suggested, best thing for me to do is keep advertisng the sale and wait...

                                                                                          At one time few buyers had $100K budgets, now many do ... it's all relative - at one time I couldn't even sell CANNABIS.COM for $10K, now I could I easily sell it for $250K without much effort.

                                                                                                                  In particular, three people / companies have expressed serious interest to buy now at or slightly above the $250,000 USD minimum bid price; most are using a 3 to 5 year time horizon based on current revenue data...

                                                                                                                  However, many prospective buyers are overlooking some important points that make CANNABIS.COM truly worth much more:

                                                                                                                  1. CANNABIS.COM has minimal competition; relatively few large cannabis related sites exist.

                                                                                                                  2. CANNABIS.COM continues to become more popular; visitor traffic, links to, brand recognition.

                                                                                                                  3. There is much room for revenue growth; 5x + easily possible by a company / investor group with resources beyond what I have.

                                                                                                                  4. The highest bonafide offer I received for CANNABIS.COM last year was well under $100K, this year the highest bonafide offer has skyrocketed to nearly $300K ... so even if, hypothetically, visitor traffic, revenue, etc don't grow, the value of the assets likely will continue to grow rapidly much like physical real estate, etc... an important point to consider when valuing the CANNABIS.COM package.

This domain will be easily worth a million in a few years. If you are looking for a solid investment, domain real estate is the way to go.

                                                                                                                      As for Cannabis.com, with Canada's laws becoming more liberal, and with the world as a whole becoming more liberal. This domain is already worth 1 million in my books.

                                                                                                                      Too bad I just purchased 2 condo's and I'm dead broke. Otherwise, I'd love to purchase it. People really overlook how good the returns are on domain real estate.
