    Hey
i have a 99 honda civic dx and the horn does not work
i can listen to it when I press the button and you can hear the horn click at the relay

Try one of the many pick n pull type auto places. Ya know the giant car grave yards where you can buy anything you want.

Connect a test light in place of the horn if the light lights up it is the actual horn that is defective. You can also connect the horn directly to the battery - if it sounds your problem is in the wiring. If it is wiring check the fuse, ground, switch and the relay.
