he must have some heart abnormality that had never been picked up on by his doctors - until you're into your 30's the body can take a ton of abuse, just look at what people do, drugs, booze, no sleep, etc - u don't see rockstars having heart attacks in their 20's and 30's, not that many in their 40's either. but a tiny % of people have undiagnosed things going on that a family doctor doesn't catch cuz when they have a 20 year old patient who isn't complaining about anything too serious they really don't look too hard.

acutually the most common cause of death of our 18-22 year old boys over in vietnam was Acute myocardial infarction or (heart attack) so it is very common is young men the only thing that is not common is survival... most young men who have this happen have no symptoms at all.. then just drop dead... if he had chest pains and was able to make t to hospital he is a lucky one... I have seen tottally healthy men nothing wrong with them at all... drop dead from it... so it's not un common...Comment
