he must have some heart abnormality that had never been picked up on by his doctors - until you're into your 30's the body can take a ton of abuse, just look at what people do, drugs, booze, no sleep, etc - u don't see rockstars having heart attacks in their 20's and 30's, not that many in their 40's either. but a tiny % of people have undiagnosed things going on that a family doctor doesn't catch cuz when they have a 20 year old patient who isn't complaining about anything too serious they really don't look too hard.

glad it was minor and now the doctors will be investigating how at 20 he could have had even a minor heart attack.
