Wake up...i dont know what but its CLEAR you guys have a HUGE problem going on. Something is majorly wrong on YOUR end and NOT the on the affiliates end.

We never said everything was fine. We take every problem any affiliate of ours has seriously.
We never have said, "have you tried switched ads etc"
And it's not "many many people," it's generally the same people that seem to, for whatever reason, not want to file a ticket or send us an email.
Any affiliate that actually contacts us, we address the situation. We never assume the problem is on their end or our end or anyone else's end... we approach each problem with the intent of finding the problem, and solving for it. We still have a few ongoing issues that we're working on (Oracle's conversion issue being one of them), but we've fixed 90% of the problems that have been brought to us.... whether the problem was on our end or theirs.
To my knowledge, you're not an affiliate of ours. If I'm mistaken, please let me know... otherwise, thanks for your input, but let's leave it at that.
