Obviously you didn't contact their host in a way that encouraged them to take action. They appear to be located in the US so send them a DMCA take down notice. You may wish to include mention that now that you've made them aware that one of the sites they're hosting is infringing on your copyright, the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA won't apply to them and they may be liable for up to $XXX in contributory copyright infringement damages.Originally posted by Steven Kincaid
Their nominal host (RevealHost.com) looks like an badly configured reseller. The contact information on the About Us page is obviously bogus. I'd guess that the "host" and the infringing website are run by the same person. If that's the case, simply address the DMCA notice to the company that hosts the host. Just change the wording slightly to reflect the customer of a customer situation.

They seem to run or host the dns servers used by the bogus hosting company that hosts undagroundnoize.com.
Alternatively you could go directly to ThePlanet.com since the ip address is allocated to them.
