Not that I am that interested in selling it, just want to hear some opinions.

The site is:

http://www.thechucknorrisfacts.com/

It gets its traffic 95%+ from search engines.
Just have adwords on there now, and I have been to lazy to implement h1 /h2 tags and meta shit for adsense stuff, so it is only doing 2-3 $ a day.

Any suggestions?
