		I'm just throwing this out there, because I fucking LOVE Chicken Shawama.  It's a weekly indulgence of mine (I call it an indulgence because I usually eat 2 or 3 at a time.)  But in your opinion, what makes Chicken Shawarma so special?  Is it the seasoning on the meat?  The magical garlic sauce?  The delicious assortment of vegetables wrapped into?  And lastly...do you like your pite grilled, or plain when you get Shawarma? 
 
For those of you who don't know...Chicken Shawarma is basically a chicken pita.  But it's slow cooked on a vertical spit, and has all sorts of great mediterrainean spices in it. Loaded with lettuce, tomatoe, turnip...and LOADS of garlic sauce!
