This isn't China we're talking about. This is America. You can't sell your organs here and effectively that's what they would be doing. "Trading" your organs for time off... it's bullshit. Furthermore prisoners sentenced for hard crimes (rape/murder/etc.) shouldn't be allowed to "buy" any time off period.
