Well how old is the kid? You should be mad at her mom, not the kid. She is only a kid after all. Go knock on the door and tell the mom that her daughter's yelling bothers you. If she is a decent person she will take care of it.

I recently bought a sling shot for a similar reason. When your dog is barking because he wants in the house, let him in the house....Or your house may be missing a window very soon.....

I was never a "kid" person but quickly had to change when I was pregnant. My kids are well behaved, but I also make them that way.

They go into corners in airports, restaurants, they get yelled at. I'm not mean about it, but if you let your kid act up in public, they will do it anywhere. It's not fair for the public, the parents, or the kid.
