Hat party...go to value village and get some hats (enough to go around) the older the better. Decide what people are going to need to do to get a hat. We had a really good time fucking with people at a keg party once like this. The key is that once someone has done something for a hat, the next person will have to step it up a notch. ie. if someone does a shotgun for a hat, the next person would have to do either two shotguns or perhaps a varriation like a shotgun canonball or whatever they decide.
