I was there tipping a few back last night. Hampton Beach is a nice little freak show, eh? GReat for concerts though. Nowadays they're getting quite a few big acts.

if cash is no object than i'd go with 3 places:

The Keys in Florida for Scuba Diving, Boating, Flying and most of all Biking

Vienna Austria - one of the most impressive cities on this planet (with amazing chics)

and a winter place for skiing (Colorado or somewhere in Austria)

I would take my exact house, on my exact property, in my exact subdivision and move it to a smaller town. This used to be a small town but is quickly becoming a suburb of Atlanta. They're even building a Starbucks

If I didn't love my house, property and neighborhood so much, I would have been gone at least a year ago.
