                          There is an excellent but relatively new sales rep, Patrice, who understands great service and will do whatever she can to help you pwhite at theplanet dot com.

                          Her boss, Marissa Byebee, who is a sales manager, is worse than useless and does not understand customer service at all.

                          If you don't get what you need through Patrice, email me (chip at gaybucks dot com) and I can give you contact info for a person at the officer level of the company who is difficult to reach but VERY helpful.

                          I also know someone who used to be a senior management type at Planet but is now a freelance sales consultant who works with a lot of the larger providers and can often broker a better deal than what you can get from the companies directly, but you would need more than a couple servers to make it worth her effort.

                              ThePlanet's support is pretty scary. They are very cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. Ask to be spammed for hosting, and I"m sure you will get plenty of good offers.

                                      I've heard this a couple times before but the service I've gotten had been excellent. Then again I don't need them to do much for me other than have the power flowing so maybe that's it.
