Regardless of the rates agreed, what I do expect is people to honour what they promise.

In this case, the scammer in question has screwed several people including a couple of leading sponsors, numerous eBay buyers it appears and goodness knows who else.

So I feel the costs that you mentioned in this instance are not applicable.

But thanks for bumping the thread...the whole purpose of these posts was to raise awareness about this little bastard.
