I am not sure who, what, why this seems to differ for some and not others. My wire was a little slow...once. Sending transfers been fine but my accounts bitches about slow setting up new cards and so on..... and communication sucks.... that is a real problem.
However, I like and support their system and I am using and so are others. With all the negatives those of us using it have to get the other side out. A loss of confidence in any company handling money can finish it..... and that wouldnt help anyone.
I do NOT have any affiliation with Epass and my own account has been in limbo for weeks....but my business account seems just fine to me
