I hate it, it feels like there are bugs in the bones of my leg, especially around my knee, and they are writhing around and unless I move my joint, they drive me crazy.
It feels a lot like when a limb goes asleep, and is waking up, that pins and needles sensation, but inside your bones, and it sticks around for a few hours.
What I do now when it happens, I get out of bed, stretch, drink some water, walk around a bunch, stretch again and try to lessen the feeling enough for me to get back to sleep.

wow, that sounds uncomfortable. maybe i've done so many drugs in my earlier years that i killed all the cells in my body that are prone to disease. i'll prob die of a heart attack in a few years because of it though.
