I am a newbie in the business and wanted to know if anyone can help me with the art of attracting new amateur talent i.e. models/actresses etc. If anyone can give me some pointers it would be greatly appreciated. What is the best method of approaching etc. advertising for new talent etc.

Is there a local entertainment classified type paper in your area? If so, place some ads. You can always hangout at stripclubs and ask some dancers if they would be interested. Are there any streetwalkers in your area? Be surprised how much photo material you will get for $40.

Well, I used to find a lot of talent at the local swingers clubs. But the city of Phoenix, knew what was bettter for me than I did, so they shut down all the clubs.
