    ePass question regarding ATM in Romania

    I posted 1 month before i left the question if it was ok to use my card in romania while beeing there on holiday

    Got replay that is was not a problem
    But ePassporte blocked my account now.
    Might be cause i logged in from a Romanian IP to check my sponsor fundings.

    Im from The Netherlands and need to access my funds.

    I had this 2 years ago also and i identified myself on their request.
    They should have my papers on file.

    Anyone here can provide me with some help?

              you're best bet would be to QUIT USING EPASSPORTE!

                          it happened to me when I moved from South Africa to Bulgaria, contacted Michael, sent them some papers (I had to sent papers when registering too) and the whole thing got fixed in a day

                          Michael was really helpful !!!

                                                  Walking throught the verification proccess.
                                                  Before i left on holiday i asked on GFY to Keyser if it would give any problems, they said it would be ok.

                                                  Anyway, lost a day with fixxing my paperwork.

                                                  Support on phone was helpfull, only 19 minutes lost, but it was a ipvoice call
                                                  I contacted my biggest sponsor funders, they will pay me as soon ePass decides to open my account again.

                                                  I have contacted Keyser, but no replay, i readed on other thread he was on a 2 week holiday.
