Hope not, finals where, both teams are from the same country usually end up boring, Madrid vs Valencia and AC Milan vs Juve a few years back, both crap.

Barcelona have looked pretty awful (by their standards) this year. No flair like previously and Ronaldinho has done little since the world cup started. Eto'o still coming back to match fitness, Messi was injured and no Larrsson any more.

Against Liverpool they looked second class both legs.

Surprised Lyon capitulated so easily.

1. One thing is "Joga Bonito", nice football, etc And other thing is Benitez soccer with a tactic 1-9-1 (9 in defense and 1 ofensive). I prefeer watch good football before watch my team winning always 1-0 and with a shitty football (for example Real Madrid).

2. A good tactic coach wins when it's a tactic game. If Liverpool plays against Valencia for example the game is very hard for Liverpool because they're the same style.

And remember, Barça is more than a club. FORÇA BARÇA!

Liverpool had twice the amount of shots on goal than Barca, so not really defensive lastnight...

Barca can now concentrate on la liga.

I hope celtic beats Milan and PSV beats Arsenal. PSV has a 1-0 advantage and probaply the best goalie around...

And yes I'm dutch so for my entertainment it would be nice if one dutch club (eventhough I'm a huge AZ fan) makes it to the next round. Forza!

Well, not all the people in attack... Your midfield is crammed with defensive midfielders or passers. You play the 4-5-1 system, or 4-3-3 as Mourinho calls it where two of the three attackers actually play as the wide men and have to chase back.

Also Barcelona haven't sorted out their fullback issues - no pace and easily exposed. How the guy stayed on against Arsenal after pulling Ljungberg down 3/4 times (he walked past him easily each time), Oleguer or something.

Because Ferguson is also a very good manager and has an excellent team which is currently in the best form its seen in years? And because in between Liverpool and Man U is team blank cheque, err, Chelsea. And let's not forget that Liverpool won the Champions League 2 years ago and the FA Cup last year.

You don't land the job as the manager of Liverpool without knowing what you're doing. You especially don't take that team on to win the Champion's League and FA Cup if you're not a great manager. Liverpool is one of the greatest clubs in English football. They don't just offer the job to any chump.

Barça yesterday plays with a 3-4-3

Thuram - Puyol - Oleguer
Marquez - Xavi - Iniesta - Deco
Ronaldinho - Eto'o -Messi

Marquez as CC defensive and without a clear lateral defenses (for example zambrotta or gio)

Marquez played as a defender. He is unable to do anything except kick players from behind. He might have been too lazy to run back when he did it..... so he looked like a midfielder.... ;-)

I am not shitting on Barcelona, I just think their fans say they play the beautiful game too much when teams like Man utd and Arsenal play more attractive passing football usually.

Barcelona look a lot better against weaker teams but against Liverpool over both legs looked very ordinary. Ronny can disappear from games, as can Messi. That leaves Eto'o alone and not 100% fit...

You says who barça yesterday don't do a good game? They win in Anfield 0-1. Manchester too win in Anfield 0-1 at discount. Our error was in Camp Nou.. Without the Valdes error in our stadium..

Barça plays beautiful football, but when plays whit a totally defender team it's impossible do good football. Barça style is for make goals, not for stay 0-0.
