means 15 mbps
server 1 tier 1 (17 peers, uunet, level3, global corssing, sprint verio, you get the drill)
p4 2.8 512/80 gig
99 bucks + 50 for manage plus 40 for c panel (i have cheaper panels) 189.00
plus bandwith makes total cost per month 440.00
cogent would bring it down to 375.
single xeon w/1 gig of ram makes it 540/475
both of those are no set up
dual xeon is 575/510 with 199 set up
