What do you find the best "overall" lighting for indoor nude stills with Digi cameras? If you had to use just one type. Getting ready to purchase some, but can only afford to buy one set at the moment. Constant lighting, shoot through, reflective?

I am using the canon eos 350tx. It uses the same sensor as the Canon 20dD. 8.3 megapix, and A few lenses efs 17 by 85 mm

I go way back -- 20 years into the old film days -- and I've always found it easiest to simply use decent strobe / flash heads fired into a simple white umbrella.
The light is soft. It spreads around enough to have smooth contrast on the subject area (unlike camera mounted flash) and is very easy to set-up.
Another thing to consider is the model. Continuous lights are HOT and heat the room / the model and thats not good. Flash tends to be what the amateur models see on TV shows and expect, and the firing of the flash signals that the shot is done and for her to change poses.
Flash exposures are done during the peak of the strobes power, as long as you have the shutter speed set to sync with them, so most pics are sharper. Continuous light exposure is done at whatever shutter speed the brightness calls for, which can often be slow enough to cause a soft image due to camera shake.
I'd suggest starting with a basic flash kit, like a Novatron 400 or so. Power, strobes, stand and umbrellas all in a nice case used for $400 or so on Ebay.
these indoor shots done with such a system.
