i completed 15 days on this cleanse/fast, i wouldn't use the term 'diet'. people get confused with the two. this should'nt be used as a weighloss program but more of an internal cleansing. although you will lose some weight.
the first 3-5 days are the toughest, after that it's a peice of cake. i was still even in the gym everyday doing this, you don't lose your energy.
most of all, you just have to be head strong and follow the book precicley, no cheating at all. in the end it is all worth it. i lost a few extra lbs. and my body felt great afterwards. i highly recommend it. i'm going for it again after the holidays!

I completed 10 days of this cleanse. It was worth it, but not easy. I think my problem was the fact that I was so overweight (still have some pounds to lose lol) and addicted to carbs, my body went into shock for like 3 days, I couldnt do anything but crave sweets and my head hurt like a bitch.
After that though it was all good. I feel so clean on the inside, my skin looks great, I'm eating healthy foods (dont even crave bad stuff) and I lost 23 lbs. So give it a shot, just try and ween off the carbs a bit first if you have a problem like I did.
