    Centipedes

    Do any of you have these in your places? They are the only things in the world that will really freak me out. Besides being incredibly disgusting, they are fast as fucking hell. I just killed one with half a bottle of raid.

    Does anyone know how to get rid of these things?

      Keep using that raid bottle, though no need use half just to kill one. Or use your shoes if you're fast enough.

      I get them here, and I hate the creepy bastards too. At least they don't fly around like cockroaches.

              Well this was the size of a worm too, although thicker than usual. I guess they are just getting bigger. I seriously need to find a way to get rid of them, my life is turning to shit. I'm always looking for them.

                  I remember that some time ago on a trip to a farm on a nearby island one of the farm`s workers got bitten by a huge centipede on his big toe.
                  I swear I thought his toe was gonna fall off.It turned every ugly color on the planet and was swollen for like a whole week.
                  I immediately left the farm.I wasn`t gonna spend a week sleeping just thinking about those big fucking centipedes crawling in my room.

                      they are actually something you would want around - they eat other insect larvae and spiders - although spiders are pretty good for insect control as well. Of course if ya got small kids they might (if bitten which is very unlikely) swell up a bit at the bite site - but definitely not as bad as the brown recluse spiders they eat

                                  Well fuck it, was getting ready to go to bed just now and saw a big centipede in a corner of my room. Luckily I keep a can of baygon in the room so I aced the fucker.

                                  I knew there had to be a big one somewhere, in the past weeks I saw baby centipedes wandering around the walls a few times.

                                              I was stung by one across the top of my foot in AZ. Besides the major swelling and bruising, it left a nasty wound. Looks like when you get staples removed after surgery. They sting with the tips of all there feet. It was very painful to say the least.

                                                      That's one of the insects I really hate! I once found a one foot long inside the school CR back then in Highschool and from then on I never dared entering that place again.
