    Short Term Goal: -10lbs

I am going to go 2 full weeks (including weekends) without a drop of alcohol or a bite of red meat.

    NONE!

My plan is to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. I will be incorporating 1 hour of daily exercise (walking, stretching, push-ups, crunches) and drinking 8-10 glasses of water. No more eating out either, unless it is soup/salad.

As far as eating is concerned, I am going to eat a vegetable or two at each meal, 2-3 fruits a day, and no red meat.

Walking isn't a huge calorie burner, you might want to try the cross-trainer, the stairmaster, or even jogging. If you're cutting alcohol (I assume for calorie reasons), you should also cut out soda and TRY to cut down on your overall sugar intake as well. I cut out sugar a long time ago and I've never felt better. Eating out is fine--it's all about your choices. The key is making healthy choices, where ever you are.

mmmmmm, red meat and alcohol. Tomorrow, I think I'll go out to dinner for some grilled steak and a melon martini.

That's not a bad program to start out with.

Incorporate some weight lifting and increase your protein intake if you can. Not necessarily red meat (which can be good by the way if you keep it lean) but try chicken & fish and lift weights 3 times a week, ~45 mins each session. You will increase your lean body mass, jack up your metabolism and over time burn more calories every day just by having a couple pounds more muscle on you.

Goodluck. An intense exercise daily will definitely make that more attainable. A strict diet without exercise will be impossible.
