    Question for programmers or hosting pros

    is there any way I can block specific countries from seeing a website or a page on my server?

    I dont want to block a country from seeing my wholeserver, but I want to block people submitting from specific countries from seeing my submission page and submitting to me.

    So is it possible to block just some sites or some pages on my server to specific countries?

              .htaccess is your friend

              But as said, a proxy will defeat it.
              I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

              But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

                              Seriously there is only one way and it's advanced.

                              You have install this api on your server from root.

                              http://www.maxmind.com/app/country

                              See countries don't have set i.p.'s so you need a company to keep track month otherwise when Chinese company sales, loses, or moves their i.p.'s and a American company picks them up it will cause a problem, ect.. I.p.'s can change frequently.
