                  Something tells me, that in some aspects we will have no choice to re build that city. At least parts of it. Now the design of the rebuild is what could turn out amazing.

                          Do you seriously think it makes sense to reconstruct a below sea-level costal city? I understand the people have an emotional connection to the land, but does it honestly make any sense?
