For the last few months, I've had a dispute against epassporte for losing my money back in December.
In January after seeing epassporte's shitty grade on the BBB site, I reported them.
February 1st I get an email from someone named Mark Wheeler, saying that it's an ACH problem and that I'll get my money within a week. A week rolls around and still no cash. He emailed me back saying he'll look into it.
Meanwhile, I get an email from the BBB saying that epassporte's replied to my complains and now the dispute is closed. (WTF)
Since then, Mark's been ignoring my emails and I still don't have my money.
What fucking bullshit.
