Here is the story.
I have used BlacksOnBlondes since 2002 on an old account (bob3782). In 2005 I relocated to another country and contacted them in order to update my check address. They never responded to this request - and I chose to create a new account (bob12727) with them since I have some interracial traffic (not much).
On 15 April 2006 BlacksOnBlondes accepted my application for the new account. On 22 April 2006 StatsRemote shoved one sale, and I confirmed it manually through Epoch. However the next day the sale dissapered from the stats, and it got me wondering. I tried contacting BoB directly but they had hidden their contact info, thus I had to contact Epoch instead.
They didn't reply but 4 months later (27 Aug 2006) I noticed that my account had been terminated and I had no longer access to view the stats. I got pissed off and contacted Epoch again. They confirmed that I had the sale 4 months earlier.
Today I have logged into my account and can see that account access has been reestablished, and the missing sale has been added.
Conclusion: They shaved in 2006. They fixed the problem in 2007.
