The cop didn't do anything wrong. Believe a crime had occurred he attempted to resolve it with resorting to an arrest. Once that failed he resorted to arresting her. She was asked several times to comply and did nothing but mouth off. Being arrested is not a confession of a crime. After refusing to be places under arrest she was then pepper sprayed and she was warned several times that he was gonna do it. He gave her every chance to comply and she failed. It was a good arrest.
Now, that being said. That cop is about the biggest fucking retard on earth. What he should have done was recount his own money to double check that he did in fact give her a twenty. Once he did that he probably would have realized that the mistake was his. But this dumbass decides to go in to the store and complain, then he decided to not believe the manager, then he decided to go back and talk to the girl without checking the register or searching the girl (though I can't blame him for not searching the girl as male cops shouldn't search females without another female officer present but they can if they want.) All that shit over a couple a dollars. He's an idiot and so is the girl. She never would have been sprayed if she had an ounce of class. But no, that itch gets all ghetto and even proclaims that she doesn't like the police because they took her cousin to prison. And the cop is racist? I don't think. She got her dumb ass sprayed because she was mouthin off and failed to comply.
There's two ways it can go when you're dealing with the police, easy or hard. Mouth off and talk shit and you're gonna lose. Be nice and respectful and don't talk unless spoken to and 9x's outta ten you're gonna walk away the situation. But she did get 60k for her bitch ass mouth and being wrongly arrested I suppose. The cop should have gotten a few days and the department should look for a way to let him go because he's an idiot.Comment

Years ago I used to be a real law and order guy, but fuck times have changed. I don't trust any of those police fucks - not one little bit.
I saw a guy on Cops get Tazered for failing to comply with an order to spit something (drugs) out of his mouth. I thought when Tazers came along police said they would only be used as an alternative to deadly force (a gun). Cops are fucking lieing, self-serving thugs - not just in America either. Remember the lies and cover-up after that guy got his head blown off in London in July? Winter coat, running toward a train after being ordered to stop? - my ass!
Alfred Hitchcock had a pathelogical fear of police and being wrongly accused of a crime, and the theme emerged in several of his films - I think I know exactly how he felt. I can only imagine how most black people must feel about it.
I don't trust any police - not one little bit - not any more. It's a new world.
