i think breaking the rules should mean loosing the banner for the month and NOT getting refunded.

After a bit of head scratching the first time it came up I figured out what it was. I just hit reload if I get that banner. They're wasting our time, and their money. I don't even know who the sponsor is, just that their banner annoys me.
