                          Well I was never shocked to see such images. When I was a kid I saw my dad killing mooses and deers and I would be there while they cut them into pieces and gut them while they were hanging on a hook... We eat meat, that's the process of getting it prepared and that's all. I feel much more guilty when I see animals that are not treated right while they're alive or have to suffer alot before they die. But I'll still enjoy my steak

                                                  Vegans would really hate if we exposed how many carrots have to get killed to make that salad. They skin them alive, cut off their heads, and chop them to little pieces, and don't even have the decency to cook them before we eat them.

                                                                  One thing i really hate is the assholes on 3rd St in Santa Monica who play those videos of cows and pigs. If I wanted to see it, I would ask, but showing it in public is fucking distrubing

                                                                              My grandfather owned a 1500+ acre cattle farm after he "retired" then I dated a guy whose family owned a meat processing plant. I've seen it all and STILL love steak. The best were the ones when my grandfather would have a cow cleaned out and spit roasted. YUM! Growing up we had 2 full freezers in addition to our fridge/freezer that were almost always filled with beef.

                                                                                              1) Repeating the dumbass claim that animal fat is bad for you

                                                                                              2) Using canola oil to fry a steak. Yuck. If you're going to pan fry it, use a little light-tasting olive oil, turn the heat way up and just sear it.
