Does epassporte answer emails in their message center???

    Does epassporte answer emails in their message center???

    I've been trying to open an epass account for 2 days now. I've sent 2 emails through their message center.

    No response.

    I call, wait an hour on the phone, to only run out of time and have to run back to the hospital.

    WTF?

    Answer your messages in your msg center. If you can't, then provide your customers, or I should say new customers (who already regret signing up for the service) with another means of getting answers.

                No they do not answer their message center emails. I have 4 going so far dating back to the 21st of Feb. Line busy 24/7. Shitty.
