Keeping one night stands aside..If you take a girl out for the first time and have sex with her the same night, do you try to have a relationship with her, or do you cut it off then?

I would usually lose interest in the girl and cut it off. I don't know if it's because I feel like I got what I wanted, or if I just lost respect for her. What does everyone else think?
