When I'm in bed trying to sleep I get my best idea's... one of them I am currently finishing off, the other I'll start next week. I make a note on my mobile phone or I send a sms message to my partner so he can talk to me about it the next day. Sometimes I get good idea's at the gym but then people talk to me and I forget and I don't have my phone or paper and a pen to write them down.
