He's looking to build a good relationship with someone (preferable a program). He doesn't need/want the money RIGHT AWAY or anything, but he doesn't want people to diddle him around and do free tests.
So preferably someone who already knows what they're doing. The catch is the emails are also used used as a login for members with free content inside. So there are maintenance and upkeep costs on his end too.
It's all in the details, anything can be worked out. He's a wicked developer so he's trying to build the best system right now. And like I said, he would prefer to stick to email collection instead of trying to convert that list - although it might not sound like it makes alot of sense.
