Ya drinks are my problem. I drink tons of soda or redbull during the day to keep my caffeine levels up. All Ive used so far is just 2 25lb dumbells an abroller, some pushup handle thingys and a chin up bar. Well Costa helped too, swimming and surfing lots of walking, eating better. 4 days or so of that helped alot. Plus bit more tan too.
