Sticky that is a decent start, but you are going to make a lot better progress if you lift weights, three or four days per week. You need more muscle to burn more calories even when you are resting. Tighten up the diet a bit (no drinks with calories, ie just water and tea, just healthy food) and stay active and you will make more progress.
